WORKING MUA PRO CARD

*For the Working MUA PRO CARD, Makeup Artistry is your full time job.

2 Documents required for verification. 

1. PRO Makeup WEBSITE

2. Call sheet w/ name listed on it.

3. Tear sheet w/ name in credit.

4. Union Card with name on it.

5. IMDB web link with name in the credits

6. Makeup or Hair Business License 

7. Cosmetology, Esthetician or Cosmetician license. 

8. TPG MEMBER

9. Agency Artist

10. Makeup Contractor working for a Pro Bridal Team.

COSMETOLOGIST and ESTHETICIAN PRO CARD

*For the Cosmetologist and Esthetician PRO CARD, is for those who are in a salon, spa, or medical office working primarily in hair and skincare.

MUA STUDENT PRO CARD 

STUDENT VERIFICATION - 1 document required.

1. School attending. Must be an accredited school, beauty school, Vo tech for training for 80 hours plus.

The discounts vary per cosmetic line/ brand.  The discounts are subject to change due to inflation and shipping costs that we accrue.  We are the first and only pro store in our area and will try to keep it as competitive as possible with the larger pro stores. But please keep in mind we are a small business and we want to stay in business!
