How to Use
Swirl or dab brush to pick up product. Apply around the nose, t-zone, under the eye baking, and any other area makeup needs to be set for all day wear. Best used with RCMA liquid foundation, liquid concealer and finishing powder.
Pro Tips:
- For oily skin, apply before and after concealer and foundation.
- Make any lipstick matte and long wear by setting the lipstick with NCP loose powder.
- Apply NCP loose setting powder before eye shadows, blushes, highlighters to help blend out pigments.
